Rather than replacing passive ETF investments, our products are designed to complement and enhance portfolio returns by using binary investment tactics, either 100% fully invested or 100% in cash.
Our vision aims for long-term outperformance by employing a precise, mathematically driven model that uses price as the sole input for trade decisions.
We currently provide two strategies, Tactical Absolute Return and Dynamic Alpha.
The Tactical Absolute Return strategy stays fully in cash 90+% of the time, executing trades only 8 times a year with an average holding period of 3 days. The Dynamic Alpha strategy stays fully in cash 85% of the time, executing trades 24 times a year with an average holding period of 1.75 days.
We believe that using levered ETFs at strategic moments, as dictated by our model, can deliver positive returns in any market.
Since the strategies operate in a Schwab or Interactive Brokers account solely in your name and holds cash, liquidity can be accessed at any time.
Given the short-term nature of the trades, the resulting capital gains are classified as short-term, making this strategy ideal for tax-advantaged accounts like an Individual Retirement Account (IRA).
